Real estate is not one size fits all. Expertise matters.
Our agents pursue advanced certifications in listing strategy, negotiation, luxury homes, commercial property, new construction, and serving senior clients. Whatever your real estate goals, you will have a knowledgeable professional by your side with training that goes well beyond the basics.
Advanced designations our agents have earned across the many specialties of real estate, from listing, negotiation, and marketing to luxury, commercial, new construction, and senior clients. Each represents dedicated training that goes well beyond a standard real estate license.

A credential for guiding older homeowners and their families through a later-in-life move. Certifies expertise in downsizing and relocation planning and the financial and emotional considerations unique to senior transitions.

A home-staging credential focused on presentation that sells. Certifies skill in decluttering, styling, and staging a home so it photographs well and shows at its best to attract more buyers and stronger offers.

A business-growth credential. Certifies expertise in generating seller leads, building steady referral and repeat-business systems, and partnering with industry contacts to grow an agent's book of business.
Common questions about real estate certifications and what they mean for you.
They are a strong signal that an agent has invested in training beyond the basics, which matters most in a specialized situation like a luxury sale, a commercial deal, or a later-in-life move. Experience and track record matter too, so we are always glad to share both our credentials and our results.
A license is the state requirement every agent must hold to practice. A certification is optional, additional training in a specific area such as listing strategy, negotiation, or new construction. Our agents are fully licensed and have pursued these certifications on top of that.
All ten shown here are issued by Agent Certifications, a national real estate education provider whose programs have been completed by more than 65,000 agents. Each one requires completing that program's coursework.
Not necessarily. These credentials are held across our team, and different agents specialize in different areas. Tell us what you are working on and we will pair you with the agent whose training fits it best.
They mean the person guiding you has gone deeper on the exact part of the process you care about, whether that is pricing and marketing your home, negotiating your offer, buying new construction, or handling a senior transition, so the advice you get is more informed.
Selling a home points to our listing, marketing, staging, and negotiation training. Buying points to buyer representation and new construction. Investing points to commercial. A downsizing or estate move points to our seniors specialist. Just ask and we will match you to the right person.
Whatever your next move, we will match you with an agent whose training fits it. Let's talk about your goals.
